Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Socks
Place the unworn socks in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
